In 1991, James Cameron released the second sequel film in his career but this time, it was a sequel for a franchise he started. “Terminator 2: Judgement Day” was the first summer blockbuster of its kind. It’s blend of high octane action and heart-stopping chase scenes were firmly intact but its commercial and merchandising potential was somewhat targeted to children despite its “R” Rating. “Terminator 2: Judgement Day” was also one of the first films to depict its star Arnold Schwzenegger as a father figure.
